Ashford men end basketball season at No. 18

The Ashford University men's basketball capped of the 2014-15 basketball season ranked with a No. 18 ranking following the release of the NAIA Division II Men's Basketball Coaches Top 25 Postseason Poll on Wednesday.

Ashford (22-12) moved up five spots in the poll with 127 points in the latest voting.

Cornerstone (Mich.), coming off its third-ever national championship, sealed the top spot with 11 first-place votes and 281 points. Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.), the national championship runner-up, was at No. 2 with 272 points.

Rounding out the top five were Embry-Riddle (Fla.) at No. 3, Davenport (Mich.) at No. 4 and Indiana Wesleyan at No. 5.
