Strong Performances in an Undefeated Week Leads to CAC Men’s Basketball Weekly Choices

Florida National University junior Delmis Reyes and freshman Angelina Carreno have been recognized as the final Continental Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week for the 2025 season.

Delmis, the offensive honoree, took a shot in the team's victory against New College of Florida last Monday. Her lone shot was on goal.

Carreno, the defensive recipient, registered her first career match-winning goal in the Conquistadors' 1-0 triumph. The tally marked just her second collegiate goal and helped the team win its second match this fall.

Florida National is one of six teams competing in the 2025 CAC Soccer Championship tournament from Friday, November 7, through Tuesday, November 11, at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The tournament champion will earn the league's automatic bid to the NAIA national tournament.
