University of Victoria’s Koira Records Top-10 Individual Finish at 2026 NAIA Women’s Golf National Championship

University of Victoria (British Columbia) junior Cindy Koira tied for ninth place to lead the Continental Athletic Conference champion Vikes at the 2026 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship at Eagle Crest Golf Club in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She was named to the all-tournament team for her strong play.

Koira carded a 74-stroke score during the second round to move up the leaderboard.

Overall, the Victoria, British Columbia, native finished with a 229 composite score after posting three rounds in the 70s.
