Haskell Indian Nations Runners Sweep CAC Cross Country Weekly Awards

Top-five finishes by Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) sophomore Dyami Berridge and senior Tiajhae Nez have led the duo to being recognized as the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Runner of the Week awards.

Berridge, the men's recipient, placed third among 49 runners in last Saturday's Billy Mills Classic. The Winnebago, Nebraska, native covered the 8-kilometer course in 26:00.

Nez, the women's honoree, had a fourth-place finish among 48 competitors at the Billy Mills Classic. She completed the 5-kilometer race in 19:16.
